Auditor access is a temporary, local, read-only role. Only the workspace owner can change its credential, expiry, or active state.

Choose the change

  1. Review the current account

Open Workspace Settings → Auditor Access. Check the current reviewer, expiry, status, and History before changing access.

  2. Change review details or credentials

Use Update expiry/note to maintain the review window and purpose. Use Rotate auditor password to replace the active credential without changing review details. Reset access runs the full identity and credential flow.

  3. End the review

Use Revoke access when access should end immediately. Confirm the resulting revoked state; Paydae clears existing auditor sessions. An account also stops being active when its expiry passes.

  4. Check the record

Review the updated status and retained History. Check relevant audit evidence and ensure the reviewer cannot continue a session after revocation.

The setup does not offer per-organisation permission selection. Ask reviewers to confirm the active organisation and share only approved evidence. See Optional auditor access to create the initial credential.
