After Choose how to start → Create New Workspace, Paydae asks you to Choose the payroll setup path:

  • I run payroll for my own company creates a local workspace focused on one employer.
  • I manage payroll for multiple clients creates a bureau workspace for separate client organisations.

The choice shapes the workspace, navigation and organisation management. It is not a payroll calculation method or a way to merge or migrate existing records.

After setup

A company workspace uses its organisation screens directly. A bureau has Workspace Admin for portfolio-level controls and Current Organisation for the selected client’s payroll work. It can finish onboarding empty and add a client later through Organisations. Check the active client before editing or exporting.

Each bureau client keeps its own employees, payroll runs, documents and audit evidence. If the operational arrangement changes after records exist, plan a supported migration or restore and verify the data; do not recreate records casually.
