Review the operational calendar
Use Paydae's read-only calendar to review payroll and statutory events and follow their action links.
What this is10 sections
The Calendar combines payroll, statutory and workspace events into a month or agenda view. It is an operational projection, not a general-purpose calendar editor.
What this is
Calendar events are derived from Paydae records and the active statutory pack. An event can include an organisation, jurisdiction, source, pack reference, diagnostic message and a link to the screen that owns the work.
When to use it
Use the Calendar to review upcoming dates, investigate warnings and move from a scheduled event to the relevant payroll or compliance screen.
Before you begin
- Confirm the active organisation, or use the bureau workspace calendar for a cross-client view.
- Treat statutory dates as pack-governed information that must be checked against current official requirements.
Product navigation
Company path: Calendar
Bureau path: Workspace Admin > Calendar
Steps
- Use Previous month, Today or Next month to select the period.
- Switch between Month view and Agenda when you need a grid or a list.
- Open Filters to narrow by Category, Status, Source or Jurisdiction. The bureau calendar also offers Organisation.
- Select a date or event to review its summary, organisation, jurisdiction, source, pack and references.
- Use the event action link, when available, to open the owning workflow.
- Open Diagnostics if the calendar reports warnings or incomplete event data.
What to check
- No events on this date means the current filters and data produced no event for that date.
- No agenda events or No upcoming events is not confirmation that no external deadline exists.
- Clear filters before concluding that an expected event is missing.
Compliance or data-boundary note
The calendar presents dates calculated from workspace records and the installed pack. It does not submit returns, replace official notices or guarantee that every external obligation is represented.
What happens next
Use the event’s action link to complete the work in its owning module, then return to Calendar and refresh.
Common problems
An expected payroll event is absent
Review the organisation’s payroll calendar and active organisation.
An expected statutory event is absent
Review statutory applicability, identifiers and the active pack.
Bureau and single-organisation notes
The bureau calendar can show several organisations and adds an Organisation filter. Always confirm the client before following an action link.
